Banana Walnut Halwa

Ingredients:


  • 2 cup chopped bananas
  • 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cupped shredded walnut
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or more if you like it very sweet)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
Method:
  • In a pan, heat ghee.
  • Add walnut and mix well. Let it cook till it turns slightly brown.
  • Add bananas and mix well. Cook for 5 -7 mins.
  • Add milk and sugar. Cook till paste releases ghee. Add cardamom.
  • Mix well and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
Serving Tip:
Garnish with walnut and serve hot as dessert.
