Ingredients:
- 2 cup chopped bananas
- 4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 cupped shredded walnut
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (or more if you like it very sweet)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
Method:
- In a pan, heat ghee.
- Add walnut and mix well. Let it cook till it turns slightly brown.
- Add bananas and mix well. Cook for 5 -7 mins.
- Add milk and sugar. Cook till paste releases ghee. Add cardamom.
- Mix well and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
Serving Tip:
Garnish with walnut and serve hot as dessert.
